Vladimir Nikolajewitsch Jeschejew ( kyr. Владимир Николаевич Ешеев ) (born May 7, 1958 ) is a Soviet archer of Buryat- Russian origin.

Yeschejew took part in three Summer Olympics; he was most successful in Seoul with a bronze medal. In 1980 he was sixth, in 1992 eighth. With the team he reached positions 5 (1988) and 8 (1992) when he was at the start for the United Team .

At the World Archery Championships in 1987, Yeschejew became world champion.
