Volker Hirth

Volker Hirth (* 13. November 1959 in Fulda ) is a German radio - and television presenter .

Life

Hirth began in 1987 as an employee of the sports department of the Hessischer Rundfunk . First he worked on short reports from sport for HR, as well as on clips for the ARD sports show , the Tagesschau and the Tagesthemen . Since 1992 he has been working as a reporter for the Olympic Games for ARD . He is also responsible for the ARD reports on the World and European Athletics Championships and Formula 1 . For HR, Hirth comments on games at the Bundesliga conference on the radio.
