Volker Ordowski (born November 9, 1973 ) is a former German racing cyclist .

As an amateur started 1993 in the cycling Bundesliga for the club TSV Betzingen, 1997 Volker Ordowski drove for a year as an amateur for the Schauff-Öschelbronn team , then as a professional for a year for Agro-Adler Brandenburg . In 1999 he moved to Team Gerolsteiner , where he remained under contract until the end of his career in 2008.

In 2005, 2006 and 2008 Ordowski competed in the Giro d'Italia , in 2005 also the Vuelta a España , but was unable to distinguish himself through top placements in the tours

After the disbandment of the Gerolsteiner team, Volker Ordowski switched to mountain biking and started in the 2009 season for the team from the manufacturer Rocky-Mountain . In 2010 he started for the newly founded Halanke.de team. At the end of the 2010 season, Volker Ordowski ended his active cycling career. He has been working in specialist cycling retailers since spring 2011.
