The Vollstedter Lake is a lake in Rendsburg-Eckernförde in the German state of Schleswig-Holstein northwest of the village of Great Vollstedt . The lake is about 30 hectares and up to 1.7 m deep.

There is a swimming area at Vollstedter See.
