Würzburger Strasse 10 (Dettelbach)
The house at Würzburger Strasse 10 in Dettelbach , a town in the Lower Franconian district of Kitzingen ( Bavaria ), was built in 1616. The former old post office is a protected architectural monument .
description
The two-storey eaves side courtyard with a plastered half-timbered upper storey is covered by a hipped roof. The ground floor was built as an open hall on the courtyard side for use as a post office. The rooms still have their stucco ceilings .
In 2011, Ruth Habberger-Hermann and Fritz Hermann received the Medal of the Free State of Bavaria for the exemplary renovation of the monument.
