Władysław Sadłowski
Władysław Aleksander Sadłowski (born June 25, 1869 in Lviv ; † May 25, 1940 ibid) was a Polish architect , representative of historicism , designer, professor and teacher at the Lviv University of Applied Sciences.
Training and entry
From 1888–92 he studied at the Lviv Polytechnic School and from 1892–94 at the Technical University in Vienna . In 1897 Sadłowski received a degree in mechanical engineering . In 1899 he entered the State Trade School in Lviv.
Projects (selection)
Sadłowski built one of the largest Polish main railway stations in 1899. In 1904 he rebuilt this building. In addition, he built the Hulimków funerary chapel in Art Nouveau style. Another project was the reconstruction of the Baczewski residence in 1908.
