WASP-7 is a main sequence star of spectral class F, about 500 light years from Earth. It is located in the constellation Microscopium and has an apparent magnitude of 9.5 mag.

In 2008 A. Collier Cameron discovered an exoplanet orbiting this star called WASP-7b .
