The player has six different "Wacky Worlds" such as the inside of a house, a jungle, an underwater world or the moon. You place so-called "stickers" in order to create a two-dimensional diorama and express your creativity.

Was Sonic the Hedgehog in the previous Art Alive! just one more sticker, so this time he also sits in a flying saucer and places the sticker. You have the Selection Tool, Interact Tool, Coloring Tool and Remove Tool to further customize the worlds. In addition to Sonic, Tails also appears in this game, as do the Sega characters Ecco the Dolphin and ToeJam & Earl .

Wacky Worlds Creativity Studio received mostly low ratings. The trade press got the impression that they might just want to provide a quick answer to Nintendo's Mario Paint and used Sonic on the cover cover and as a character primarily for sales purposes.
