Waicher Maisalm

The Waicher Maisalm (also: Waicher Alm ) is an alpine pasture in the Zeller Forest in the municipality of Ruhpolding .

A Kaser of the Waicher Maisalm is under monument protection and is registered under the number D-1-89-140-159 in the Bavarian monument list.

Building description

The Kaser of the Waicher Maisalm consists of masonry , a block gable and a gable roof . The ridge purlin is marked with the year 1829.

Todays use

The Waicher Maisalm is bumped , but not served.

Others

There are also two forest service huts on the Waicher Maisalm . One of these was built around the 1920s and also entered in the Bavarian list of monuments under the number D-1-89-140-158.

location

The Waicher Maisalm is located on the Rauschberg at an altitude of 890  m above sea level. NN about halfway between the Schwarzachenalm and the Kaitlalm .
