Waldemar Korycki

Waldemar Korycki (born August 11, 1946 ) is a former Polish sprinter who specialized in the 400-meter run .

At the European Indoor Games in Madrid in 1968 he won gold with the Polish team in the 4 x 364 meter relay and silver in the mixed relay.

1971 followed in each case in the 4-by-400-meter relay gold at the European Athletics Indoor Championships in Sofia and silver at the European Athletics Championships in Helsinki .

He also won gold in the Polish relay at the European Indoor Championships in 1972 in Grenoble in the 4 x 360 meter relay.

He set his personal best of 46.2 s on May 29, 1971 in Warsaw .
