The woodruff neck herb ( Trachelium asperuloides ) is a species of the bellflower family (Campanulaceae).
features
The woodruff neck herb is a perennial, herbaceous cushion plant that reaches heights of 2 to 4 centimeters. The evergreen species forms a Pleiokorm root . The leaves are 5 millimeters long and ovate. The flowers are arranged individually or in groups of two to five. The crown is colored pink.
The flowering period extends from July to August.
Occurrence
The woodruff neckwort occurs in southern Greece in montane limestone crevices.

The species is rarely used as an ornamental plant for rock gardens.
