Valentin Igorevich Manuilov

Valentin Igorewitsch Manuilow (Russian Валентин Игоревич Мануйлов , born January 10, 1958 in Moscow ) is a Russian journalist , publisher and political scientist .

Life

Valentin Manuilow studied until 1977 at the Pedagogical Institute in Penza . He then worked as a history teacher. From 1988 to 1994 he headed the chair for history and socio-political education at the institute for professional development in Penza.

In 1993 he founded the magazine Zemstvo (until 1996), in 1995 the magazine Gubernija (until 1998). In 1997 he founded the Institute for Regional Politics , which he still heads today. In 2002 he founded the newspaper Uliza Moskowskaja , in 2010 the publishing house "Valentin Manuilow". Since 2012 he has also published the magazine Park Belinskowo .

Valentin Manuilow has published numerous articles on historical and political science topics. He is a member of the Social Council of the Ministry of Interior for Penza Oblast.
