Valery Ahadov
Valery Ahadow ( Tajik Валерий Аҳадов ; Russian Валерий Бакиевич Ахадов , Valery Bakijewitsch Achadow * 9. August 1945 , Samarkand , Uzbek SSR , Soviet Union ) is a Tajik - Russian director . In 1963 he began to study philosophy at Moscow University . In 1965 he dropped out of his studies and entered the Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography , where he graduated in 1971. In 1991 he had to leave Tajikistan for financial reasons and first moved to the city of Magnitogorsk . Since 2004 he has been teaching at the Gerasimov Institute in Moscow.
