The Walker & Dunlop Hussain Family Chicago Open 2018 took place October 17-21, 2018 in Vernon Hills , Illinois , the United States . The men's squash tournament was part of the PSA World Tour 2018/19 and belonged to the PSA Challenger Tour 30 category .

The winner was Ryan Cuskelly , who beat César Salazar 11: 5, 11: 6 and 11: 3 in the final .

The field of participants in the men's competition consisted of 24 players. The eight best players were seeded and given a bye in the first round. Per Wildcard got Cole Becker a spot in the main draw.
