Wally Freeman
Wally Freeman (actually Walter Freeman; born September 6, 1893 in Astwood Bank , Worcestershire , † October 1987 in Colchester ) was a British long-distance runner .
In 1920 he won bronze for England at the Cross of Nations . At the Olympic Games in Antwerp he came in 22nd place in cross-country running .
In 1921 he won the Cross of Nations. In the same year he became English cross-country champion .
