Walter Blassat

Walter Blassat (born November 22, 1899 in Essen , † March 30, 1995 ) was a German politician and member of the state parliament ( SPD ).

Life and work

After attending elementary school , he completed an apprenticeship and continued his education at evening schools. He attended an engineering school and studied at the vocational education institute of the University of Cologne. From 1926 he was employed as a commercial instructor. In 1950 he became director of the vocational and vocational schools in Bottrop .

In 1928 Blassat became a member of the SPD and was represented in numerous party bodies.

MP

From July 21, 1958 to July 23, 1966, Blassat was a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia . He was elected directly in the constituency 095 Bottrop.

Honors

Blassat was awarded the Order of Merit of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia on September 2, 1987 .
