Walter Eselböck
Walter Eselböck (* 1957 in Vienna ) is an Austrian cook and restaurateur.
Walter Eselböck, who never completed a classical culinary training, worked in the catering trade as a barman and DJ from 1975 to 1981 . In 1981 he set up his own wine tavern in Rust for the first time . In 1984 he and his wife Eveline opened the “Taubenkobel” bar in Schützen am Gebirge in Burgenland . In 2001 a grocery and wine shop was opened right next to the restaurant . Walter Eselböck was seen in guest roles in the ORF productions Brothers II and Wir sind Kaiser .
