Walter Nakonz

Walter Nakonz (born December 1, 1887 in Kosel ; † after 1967) was a German civil engineer and manager.

Walter Nakonz studied in Munich and Berlin and received his doctorate from the TH Berlin-Charlottenburg in 1914 ( The calculation of multi-legged frames using statically indeterminate main systems ).

Nakonz was general director of Beton- und Monierbau AG and later on its supervisory board. He was an honorary doctor and a government and building advisor. He later lived in Garmisch-Partenkirchen .

In 1949 he received the Emil Mörsch Memorial Medal .
