Walter Ratt
Walter Ratt (born May 13, 1954 in Bludenz ) is an Upper Austrian liberal politician and has been a member of the state parliament since October 23, 2015 . He attended the BG / BRG Bludenz from 1964 to 1972 , before studying law at the University of Innsbruck after a year as a one-year volunteer with the armed forces .
