Walter Torbrügge
Walter Torbrügge (born August 16, 1923 in Wittingen ; † February 3, 1994 in Wörth an der Donau ) was a German prehistoric scientist .
Life
After studying and doing his doctorate in 1959 at the University of Munich , he worked there as a private lecturer. He then taught from 1968 to 1991 as a full professor for prehistory and early history at the University of Regensburg . In 1974 he became a full member of the German Archaeological Institute .
