Kindlimann, who starts for the SC am Bachtel, made his international debut as the reigning Swiss U16 champion in the Nordic Ski Games of the OPA 2014 in Gérardmer , France , but was only able to leave two athletes behind. Even in the following years, when he mainly competed in the Alpine Cup , it was mostly only enough for the lower ranks. At the Nordic Junior World Ski Championships in Kandersteg in 2018 , he finished 48th in line with his previous performances and was also tenth with the team. A year later at the Nordic Junior World Ski Championships 2019 in Lahti , he was only able to improve slightly to 41st place in the individual and to ninth place with the team.
In the summer of 2019, Kindlimann started with two eleventh places in the FIS Cup in Szczyrk before making his Continental Cup debut on July 13 in Shchuchinsk, Kazakhstan . He reached the 25th place and thus immediately won his first points in this second-rate competition series. At the end of the summer, Kindlimann defended his championship title together with Dominik Peter , Yanick Wasser and Andreas Schuler at the Swiss championships in Chaux-Neuve . He finished the junior competition in third behind Sandro Hauswirth and Dominik Peter. After Kindlimann faced international competition primarily in the Alpine Cup in winter, he traveled again to the Nordic Junior World Ski Championships , which this time took place in Oberwiesenthal , at the beginning of March 2020 . In a difficult, wind-influenced event, he took a strong eleventh place on the normal hill and eighth with the team.
