Walther Schumann

Walther Schumann (* May 7, 1903 , † March 10, 1986 ) was a German administrative lawyer.

Career

Schumann was senior city director in Wilhelmshaven from 1956 to 1968 . From 1968 to 1976 he was an alderman in the city council for the CDU . During his tenure, the Reinhard Nieter Hospital, the adult education center, the city library and the art gallery were built.

  • May 7, 1978: Honorary citizen of the city of Wilhelmshaven
