Warr Acres is an American band of Christian pop music from Warr Acres , Oklahoma County .

Band history

The band was founded in 2005 as VMusic and is based in the Victory Church of Warr Acres, Oklahoma, with a population of around 10,000 . For their first release, they renamed themselves after the location and also called the album that. The album, released by Dream Records , immediately entered the top ten of the Christian Albums Charts and even made it into the official sales charts . The second album Hope Will Rise was released two years later and topped the position of the debut album in the Christian Albums Charts by two places at number six. The four main musicians are supported on the albums by the other church service employees of the congregation.
