The Warren Peak is a high and rocky mountain peaks in the East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Allan Hills, it rises southeast of the Halle Flat plain .
It was explored in 1964 by a team working in the Allan Hills as part of the New Zealand Antarctic Research Program . This named him after the New Zealand geologist Guyon Warren (1933-2003), who played a decisive role in the creation and planning of the research trip, but suffered a severe leg fracture on the first day of the expedition and had to return home.
