Wash house in Lesches

The wash house (French lavoir ) in Lesches , a French commune in the Seine-et-Marne department in the Île-de-France region , was built in 1877/78. The building on Avenue Charles de Gaulle was in use until the 1970s.

The washhouse made of quarry stone masonry and with pent roofs was supplied with water from a well that was sealed years ago.

Today, photos on the walls show the most important buildings in the area.
