Water boats are boats with tanks that supply sea and inland vessels in ports with drinking water or demineralized water.
history
In the past, the drinking water in the ports was brought in large rowing boats alongside the ships and handed over with hand pumps. With the advent of steamships , the need for water increased. So the water boats became larger and also equipped with steam engines or later with diesel engines.

Water tanker
