The Siesel hydropower plant is a run-of-river power plant on the Lenne in Plettenberg . It was put into operation in 1898. The three Francis turbines from 1921 have an output of 600 kilowatts each . The power plant is operated by Mark-E .

There was also a steam power plant on the site until the end of World War II .
