Wataru Hashimoto ( Japanese 橋本 和 Hashimoto Wataru ; born September 14, 1986 in Shiga Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Hashimoto began playing football on the university team at Osaka University of Health and Sport Sciences . He signed his first contract with Kashiwa Reysol in 2009 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . At the end of the 2009 season, the club was relegated to the J2 League . In 2010 he was with the club master of the J2 League and rose to the J1 League. With the club he became Japanese champion in 2011 . In 2012 he won the Kaiser Cup with the club . In 2013 he won the J.League Cup with the club . For the club he completed 135 league games. In 2015 he moved to league competitor Urawa Reds . For the club he completed seven top division games. In July 2016 he moved to league competitor Vissel Kobe . For the club, he completed 45 first division games. In 2020 he moved to third division club FC Gifu .
