The signpost on Bundesstrasse 79 is a listed signpost in Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

The in Quedlinburg Memorial directory registered guide (registration number 094 46395) located at the western edge of the carriageway of the trunk road 79 about 1.5 kilometers south of Münchenhof in the driveways to the highway-like -developed national road 6n .

Plant and history

The small granite signpost was erected around 1900. It indicates the distances in kilometers and the respective directions of travel for several places in the area using arrows. In detail it is labeled with Ditfurt 6.0 , Harsleben 6.9 , Halberstadt 10.8 , Quedlinburg 2.3 and Langenstein 10.3 .

At the end of the 20th century the stone had leaned slightly to the west. Probably in the course of the reconstruction of the new federal highway 6n, the signpost was set at the beginning of the 21st century and the location was fortified.
