House Wehnerstrasse 19 in the Pasing district of Munich

The building at Wehnerstraße 19 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1898. The villa , which was built according to plans by the architect Louis Ende , is a protected monument . Louis Ende also built the villas at Wehnerstrasse 7 , Wehnerstrasse 11 and Wehnerstrasse 20 .

The building in Wehnerstrasse with bay windows and baroque plastering is part of the first development of the Pasing forest colony . The decorative motifs of the Neo-Renaissance appear on the long side of the street in a heaped form: polygonal bay windows with onion dome, pillar colonnade and decorative gable. The stairwell protruding to the side identifies the building as an apartment building with one apartment on each floor.
