The building at Wehnerstrasse 7 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1897. The villa , which was built according to plans by the architect Louis Ende , is a protected monument . Louis Ende also built the villas at Wehnerstrasse 11 , Wehnerstrasse 19 and Wehnerstrasse 20 .

The building in the Wehnerstrasse with half-timbering and wooden balconies is part of the first development of the Pasing forest colony . The eaves Satteldachbau with dormer - risalit corresponds to the late nineteenth cottage type. The appearance has been changed significantly through renovations.
