Wehrmacht communication links
The Wehrmacht News Connections Office Group (short: Ag. WNV , AgWNV , WNV or OKW / WNV ) was a Wehrmacht agency during the Second World War . It became the "Official Group" on February 1, 1942, after it had previously been referred to as the "Staff Wehrmacht News Connections". You were subordinate to OKW / Chi (actually: OKW / WNV / Chi), the encryption department of the High Command of the Wehrmacht (OKW) and OKW / WNV / Fu, the OKW department responsible for radio communications .
Insinuation
A document that is now partially publicly available in the TICOM archive and that was classified as TOP SECRET at the time shows the subordination of the AgWNV within the OKW .
