Weicheng (Weifang)

Weicheng District (潍城 区) is a municipality in east China 's Shandong Province . It belongs to the district-free city of Weifang . Weicheng has an area of ​​272.3 km² and has a population of 368,200 (2003). The city district is the center and seat of the city government of Weifang.
