The Schleswig-Holstein Magazin is a 30-minute regional magazine of the North German Broadcasting Corporation (NDR) for the state of Schleswig-Holstein . It can be received terrestrially, via cable and digitally via satellite, as well as via Zattoo . The NDR-Landesfunkhaus Schleswig-Holstein in Kiel is responsible for the creation and broadcasting . The Schleswig-Holstein Magazin is broadcast every day, except on public holidays with the exception of Easter Monday, at 7:30 p.m. The following day, repetitions take place at 4:15 a.m. and 10 a.m. The repetitions can be seen on NDR television and on Radio Bremen TV .
history
It was first broadcast on October 1, 1985. In 1993, the program switched to the third program . At the end of January 2017, the NDR went on air with the magazine for the 10,000th time and during this time brought almost 100,000 articles from Schleswig-Holstein. The live broadcast was only interrupted once because a thunderstorm on July 1, 1988 in Brokenlande prevented the broadcast from outside.
Since a program change in the NDR, the program space between 6:00 p.m. and 6:15 p.m. on weekdays has also been reserved for regional programs. During this period, the Schleswig-Holstein program will be broadcast at 18:00 in the Schleswig-Holstein broadcasting area .
content
The program provides information on current affairs in Schleswig-Holstein with background information also from the field of sport. In the time travel section , there are regular reports from the local history of Schleswig-Holstein.
Since a large part of the broadcasting area consists of rural areas, which in the past rarely managed to become part of the broadcast program, the village history section was launched in 2008 . Since then, a community has been drawn every Friday ( districts in the Ostholstein district are used as a reference value) with a population of less than 1,000, which is portrayed on the following day. The article will be broadcast in the Monday edition of the magazine the following week.
In addition, contributions from the Findings section are a repeated component of the programs . Exhibits with historical value from museums in Schleswig-Holstein are portrayed here.
