Heike Götz (moderator, 1964)
Heike Götz (* 1964 in Grimmen ) is a German journalist and presenter for NDR . She is best known for moderating the program Landpartie .
Life
After graduating from high school and studying, she became a teacher in East Berlin . After the fall of the Wall in 1989, she worked as a newscaster for the youth radio DT64 , and later for the newly founded Ostdeutscher Rundfunk Brandenburg . She then learned the trade of radio and television journalist in an 18-month traineeship . The first stop after that was the Antenne Brandenburg studio in Perleberg .
Since March 1999 Heike Götz has been riding a bicycle in the NDR program Landpartie in the NDR broadcasting area, sometimes in the regions bordering him. Although the bicycle is in reality just a prop and serves as a stylistic device for transitions in the program, for many viewers she is now simply the “woman with a bicycle”.
Heike Götz is married and lives with her husband on the outskirts of Hamburg . In 2017 she promoted the German Society for the Rescue of Shipwrecked People as “Bootschafterin” .
