Kuiwen

The municipality of Kuiwen ( Chinese  奎文 区 , Pinyin Kuíwén Qū ) is a municipality in the east Chinese province of Shandong . It belongs to the district-free city of Weifang . Kuiwen has an area of ​​71 km² and has a population of 339,000 (2003).
