The city of Changyi ( Chinese 昌邑 市 , Pinyin Chāngyì Shì ) is an independent city in the east Chinese province of Shandong . It belongs to the district-free city of Weifang and has an area of 1,812 km² and has a population of 677,000 (2003).
Administrative structure
At the community level, the urban district consists of two street districts and six large communities.
