Weifang
Weifang ( Chinese 濰坊 市 / 潍坊 市 , Pinyin Wéifāng Shì ) is a district-free city in the Chinese province of Shandong . The administrative area of the city has an area of 15,859 km² and a population of approx. 9.36 million inhabitants (end of 2016). The actual urban settlement area of Weifang is home to 1,261,582 people (2010 census). The zip code is 261041.
Weifang is known for its handcrafted kites , which are made in factories here. There is also an international kite festival held in the city every year. In addition to kite production, the regional metropolis also has some food factories.

At the district level, Weifang is made up of four urban districts , two districts and six independent cities. These are:
- Weicheng district (潍城 区), 290 km², 370,000 inhabitants, center, seat of the city government;
- Hanting district (寒亭 区), 786 km², 350,000 inhabitants;
- Fangzi district (坊子 区), 336 km², 240,000 inhabitants;

- Changle County (昌乐 县), 1,101 km², 600,000 inhabitants;
- City of Anqiu (安丘 市), 1,929 km², 1.1 million inhabitants;
- Changyi City (昌邑 市), 1,810 km², 680,000 inhabitants;
- City of Gaomi (高密 市), 1,603 km², 850,000 inhabitants;
- Qingzhou City (青 州市), 1,569 km², 900,000 inhabitants;
- Zhucheng City (诸城市), 2,183 km², 1.06 million inhabitants;
- Shouguang City (寿光 市), 2,200 km², 1.06 million inhabitants;
