Weifang ( Chinese  濰坊 市  /  潍坊 市 , Pinyin Wéifāng Shì ) is a district-free city in the Chinese province of Shandong . The administrative area of ​​the city has an area of ​​15,859 km² and a population of approx. 9.36 million inhabitants (end of 2016). The actual urban settlement area of ​​Weifang is home to 1,261,582 people (2010 census). The zip code is 261041.
