The Weigelsberg is a 898 m high mountain about five kilometers northeast of Viechtach in Bavaria and the highest elevation in the municipality of Viechtach.
The Weigelsberg is located in the Weigelsberg Forest , about 1.5 kilometers east of the hamlet of Weigelsberg . Drachselsried is about four kilometers away in the northeast . Neighboring mountains are the Riesberg (882 m) in the south, the Pfaffenzellerhöhe (859 m) in the north and the Ruckl (836 m) in the northeast.
The Weigelsberg is covered by coniferous forest and accessed with forest roads.
