Acham-Magin winery
The Acham-Magin winery is a winery in Forst an der Weinstrasse . It was founded by Heinrich Wilhelm Reichardt, who in 1712 built the inn "Zum Engel" at the local Weinstrasse 67, which is now called Acham-Magin . The winery is a member of the Association of German Predicate and Quality Wineries . The winery has been managed by Anna-Barbara Acham since 1994.
Locations and grape varieties
The 11 hectare winery owns shares of the Forster Kirchenstück , Forster Pechstein , Forster Ungeheuer , Deidesheimer Herrgottsacker , Deidesheimer Mäushöhle and Ruppertsberger Reiterpfad vineyards . The share of the Riesling grape is around 80%. In addition there are Pinot Blanc , Pinot Noir , Scheurebe , Blauer Portugieser , Chardonnay , Pinot Gris , Dornfelder and Gewürztraminer grown. 95 percent of the wines are marketed directly to private customers or through their own bar.
