The Fred Loimer winery in Langenlois is an Austrian winery in the Kamptal wine-growing region in Lower Austria .

The winery has been managed by Fred Loimer since 1998 . The vineyard area is 45 hectares, 80% of which is planted with white grape varieties, mainly Grüner Veltliner (50%) and Rhine Riesling (20%), but also with Pinot Gris and Chardonnay . The most important red wine variety of the winery is the Pinot Noir . The best wines come from the Heiligenstein , Steinmassl , Seeberg and Käferberg sites , which have been classified as the first site by the traditional Austrian wineries . In Gumpoldskirchen , Loimer has been producing Chardonnay and Pinot Noir as well as Zierfandler , Rotgipfler on 9 hectares since 2005 . The Loimer winery, which switched to biodynamic production in 2005 , is a member of the Respekt_Biodyn association and certified according to its guidelines.
