The Weirs Mill Stream is a tributary of the River Thames near Oxford , England . The Weirs Mill Stream separates from the main arm upstream of the Donnigton Bridge . It flows south to the east of New Hinksey and joins the Hinksey Stream on the northern edge of Kennington .
