The wek-Verlag is a German book publishing and distribution company based in Treuchtlingen . The publisher specializes in regional literature. It was founded in 1984 by Walter E. Keller and Christel Keller.

The publisher publishes on the topics of Altmühltal , archeology , Franconia , cycling , Christian religions , Romans and general works of fiction .

After Walter E. Keller, who was editor-in-chief at Treuchtlinger Kurier from 1967 to 1991 , died on August 12, 2010, his wife Christel Keller continued to run the publishing house.

For reasons of age, the publisher will close in the near future (as of January 2018).
