Welyka Pawlivka ( Ukrainian Велика Павлівка ; Russian Великая Павловка Velikaja Pavlovka ) is a village in the north of the Ukrainian Poltava Oblast with 1,800 inhabitants (2004).

The village, founded in 1710, is located in the north of Sinkiv Raion on the territorial road T – 17-06 11 km northwest of the Sinkiw Raion center and 90 km north of the Oblast capital Poltava . Welyka Pawliwka is the administrative center of the eponymous, 75.074 km² district council , to which the villages Fedoriwka ( Федорівка ⊙ ) with about 40 inhabitants and Tschornjaky ( Чорняки ⊙ ) with about 80 inhabitants belong.
