Wendy Robie (born October 6, 1953 in Cincinnati , Ohio , United States ) is an American actress .

Life

She grew up on a ranch in Northern California and holds a degree in English Literature . The vegan has a daughter Samantha (born 1967). Robie was nominated for the 2003 Joseph Jefferson Award for Actor for a supporting role in The Trojans at the Goodman Theater in Chicago, Illinois. Wendy Robie played in People Under the Stairs (Original title: People Under the Stairs ), directed by Wes Craven in 1991 with. In 1995 she was a guest star in Deep Space Nine. She also starred in horror films . She was an actress in Horror in the Attic (Original title: The Attic Expeditions , United States, 2001) and Were the World Mine (Original Title: Were the World Mine , United States, 2008, directed by Tom Gustafson). Her best-known role was the impersonation of Nadine Hurley in the television series Twin Peaks (1990-1991, 2017).
