If the Homer with the Son ( English title: Homer the Father ) is the 12th episode of the 22nd season of the series The Simpsons . It won the Writers Guild of America Award in 2012 .

Bart's bike breaks and he sees a minibike in the shop window that he would like to have. But his father Homer doesn't want to buy it for him. Lisa suggests that he get a good grade in order to get the mini motorcycle as a reward. He takes her advice, but Homer still doesn't want to buy it for him. Bart offers the enemies of the United States valuable secrets about the nuclear power plant Homer works at in exchange for a minibike. China is interested and accepts the offer. Bart then spends time with Homer and goes with him to the nuclear power plant to get secrets. Bart brings a USB stick on which all information is saved to the zoo, where the Chinese secret service has already parked his minibike. When Bart wakes up the next day, Homer gives him a minibike because Bart has spent a lot of time with him. Bart quickly drives back to the zoo to get the USB stick back, but meets the Chinese there. Then Homer appears, who agrees to help the Chinese build a nuclear power station. However, Homer's construction explodes when it is commissioned.
