Alf Clausen

Alf Clausen (born March 28, 1941 in Minneapolis , Minnesota ) is an American composer who is best known for his compositions for television series .

Alf Clausen studied music at North Dakota State University , the University of Wisconsin and the Berklee College of Music in Boston .

He wrote u. a. the music for the TV series Das Model und der Schnüffler , The Simpsons and Alf .

Clausen won the Emmy in 1997 and 1998 (for The Simpsons ) and was nominated a total of twenty-eight other times for this award (including six times for The Model and the Snoop , twenty-one times for The Simpsons ).
