Werner Höller

Werner Höller (born December 18, 1977 ) is a former Austrian weightlifter and today's trainer . As a 31-time national champion, he is the most successful Austrian weightlifter of all time.

Career

In 1997, Höller became European Junior Champion in the weightlifting class up to 64 kg. At the 1997 World Championships , he reached sixth place in the 70 kg class. In 1998 he came 17th at the World Championships . At the 1999 European Championships , he was eighth. In November 1999, he was tested positive for phentermine on a doping control and was banned for two years.
