Works

With wall works and installations, Haypeter explores the room, works in and with it. His preferred materials are paper, PVC and cast epoxy resins, his forms are mostly minimalist, geometric, the color palette is reduced. His often multi-part works arise from layers of materials, they create space and enter into dialogue with their surroundings, modify and interpret it. It is never just about architectural or formal characteristics, but always about the functions of spaces in social interaction. Since 1999, Haypeter has repeatedly realized art in building projects (e.g. 2002: Constant Moving, Sparkasse Essen headquarters; 2009: spaces, Prager Höfe, Bonn-Auerberg, architect Uwe Schröder; 2011: MC-Bauchemie training center, Bottrop , etc.; 2014: color lock, ROM.HOF - student residential courtyard, Bonn, architect Uwe Schröder)
