Werner Kranz

Werner Kranz (born February 8, 1965 in Eschen ) is a Liechtenstein politician . He was a deputy from 2009 to 2013 and from 2013 to 2017 deputy mayor in the Liechtenstein Parliament .

biography

Kranz holds a degree in mechanical engineering and has degrees in industrial and logistics engineering. During his professional career he worked in various Liechtenstein industrial companies, where he worked for around 20 years as a department head and member of the extended management team. In 2003, Kranz moved to the state administration, where he is now the head of the Office for Vocational Education and Training. Furthermore, he represents the interests of the country in various Swiss and European vocational training and further training bodies or commissions.

In February 2009, Kranz was elected to the Landtag of the Principality of Liechtenstein for the Patriotic Union . There he was a deputy deputy in the Liechtenstein delegation to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly . From 2011 he was a member of the finance commission, one of the three standing commissions of the state parliament, and thus succeeded his party colleague Günther Kranz . In the course of the state elections on February 3, 2013 , he became a deputy member of parliament.

Kranz lives in Nendeln , is married and has a son and two daughters.
